I want a hose in and a hose out.** A: The hose fitting is glue tightened, it is not suggested to remove the hose. Instead if you can install an adaptor from hose to pipe fitting, it is fine. **Q: How do you measure flow from a hose bib which is providing 40~60 psi if you can only provide 30 psi through the flow gauge according to label?** A: Probably because valve is open you aren't building up full psi while flowing 🤷‍♂️ mine works good **Q: Is it normal to have a few drops of water under the face of the flow rate gauge after use?** A: Not normal, gauges should be sealed. **Q: Can this be used to measure pressure\flow in an apartment; ex.: under the kitchen sink?** A: It is not designed for that application. You would have to disconnect water line and attach this device I doubt you pipes under sink are set up to accommodate attaching this device. I received the second two as replacements, and immediately tested them upon their arrival. Again, the needle bounces wildly and would immediately run from 8 gallons per minute on a very slow opening of the valve to 11 gpm with no slowdown in between. I am not sure what is happening here as I have bought numerous gauges in the past from different vendors with no issues.
