It has gotten the best of me, so I wanted to try heel inserts to see if anything will help even slightly. These inserts are wonderful and take the majority of pain away when I walk, especially walking out in stores and concrete where it hurts most.I don't much like the heel cup because it didn't fit well in my Asics and I haven't tried cutting it to fit- it just didn't offer much support when I tried it- in fact it made my heel hurt worse.Either way I am very happy with the heel inserts and the soft material surrounding the gel part is a nice touch. One is smaller than the other so when walking I notice itThey feel great. Definitely nice for someone on their feet all day.
