I have zero idea how it works with thermocouples, but somehow it works fine if you use copper/copper wire the whole way and was fairly accurate in all of the thermocouple types that I tried (K/S/B) Another drawback is being limited to Celsius from the temperature side. I’m sending mine back and going with a different option.
