## Description

Sillcock Key Set Sink Wrench&Tub Drain Remover Tube Cutter Aluminum Pipe Wrench

Review: Finally the Right Tool for Those Impossible Under-Sink Jobs - Finally the Right Tool for Those Impossible Under-Sink Jobs I didn’t realize how much frustration I’d been putting up with until I used this basin wrench. If you’ve ever tried to tighten or remove a faucet nut in that cramped space behind a sink, you already know how awkward and borderline impossible it can be with regular tools. This is one of those “why didn’t I get this sooner” type tools. The telescoping handle is the standout feature for me. Being able to extend it from about 10 inches up to 17 inches makes a big difference depending on how deep or obstructed your setup is. Under my kitchen sink, I had pipes, supply lines, and barely any clearance — this tool was slim enough to sneak in there and actually get a usable angle. The spring-loaded jaw is also surprisingly effective. Once you get the hang of orienting it correctly (clockwise vs counterclockwise matters), it grips nuts securely and stays in place while you work. I was able to do most adjustments one-handed, which is huge when you’re wedged under a cabinet. Build quality feels solid. It has a bit of weight to it, which actually helps with leverage, and the steel construction doesn’t feel cheap. The sliding T-handle gives you a few grip options depending on how much torque you need. That said, there are a couple things to keep in mind: * There’s a slight learning curve if you’ve never used a basin wrench before. It’s not as intuitive as a standard wrench at first. * For really old, seized, or corroded nuts, this may not give you enough torque on its own—you might still need a backup plan. * The telescoping mechanism is convenient, but it does introduce a potential long-term wear point if used heavily. For everyday plumbing tasks like faucet installs, tightening supply lines, or minor repairs, this thing does exactly what it’s supposed to do and saves a ton of time (and frustration). Bottom line: This is one of those specialty tools that earns its spot in your toolbox. It turns a miserable under-sink job into something manageable, and once you have it, you’ll never want to go back.
Review: Perfect! - I tried for days to remove the bathroom sink. This did the job easily and efficiently.

## Features

- The basin wrench features a spring-loaded auto-adjusting jaw for one-handed operation in narrow places, suitable for faucets, supply lines, valves, and drains with a diameter of 3/8 inch to 1-1/4 inch nuts. The telescopic shank quickly adjusts in length from 10 in. to 17 in. To meet your job site needs
- Through 180 ° rotation, the spring-loaded jaw automatically adjusts its size and maintains its position at any angle, allowing you to navigate around obstacles and hard-to-reach nuts
- The strong steel shaft provides an 10-17 '' reach and is slim enough to slip past pipes and drain lines into tight spaces. A sliding "T" bar handle offers multiple positions for the best leverage and most comfortable grip
- The telescopic shank quickly adjusts in length from 10 inches to 17 inches. The four-position telescoping shaft adapts to any situation with the push of a button, locking in place at 10 in. 12-19⁄32 in. 14-61⁄64 in. and 17 in. lengths
- The telescopic handle design and high-leverage handle allow compact storage in drawer or toolbox. The rear hanging hole is designed for easy storage in your tool board, a must-have plumbing tool for your projects

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I use this on sprinkler shut off valve underground?**
A: The answer is a guarded yes and no. That really depends on how deep the sprinkler shutoff valve is and whether or not the part that you seek to turn is within the range of the wrench that is 3/8" tp 1-1/4". Buried sprinkler shutoff valves tend to be difficult to impossible to turn due to corrosion. To save money, contractors will sometime install lesser expensive valves that are inappropriate for underground applications. Consider shutting off the main water supply valve before attempting to turn an underground sprinkler shutoff valve least you end up with an expensive flood.

**Q: What are the head's dimensions?**
A: Dear Customer,
Telescoping basin wrench fits any lug nuts and fittings measuring 3/8 inch to 1-1/4 inch in diameter.
Best Wishes,
DURATECH

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect!
*by C***Y on May 1, 2026*

I tried for days to remove the bathroom sink. This did the job easily and efficiently.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great performance and durability
*by S***2 on May 29, 2024*

This is a great alternate option compared to ridgid or home depot husky basin wrench. Very sturdy teeth that grip with no slipping and push button extending is smooth and locks into place. Great for those hard to reach place especially faucets. For the value and performance I recommend this product.
