They have a smooth texture and almost coffee dark hint in there. This is currently the best chocolate I can find that don’t contain my allergens. No soy, egg, whey, or cane sugar. Most allergen free chips or vegan chips still usually use refined sugar so I’m so excited to have this product available. I’ve purchased it twice and on the second time it was during a warmer period of weather and it arrived with a little mini ice pack to keep it cool. It costs more but I imagine it’s due to quality ingredients.
