The massage is nothing much, just vibration and I don't use it much.I love the locking recline feature and the footrest. I actually often sit criss cross with my legs on the footrest and find it very supportive. Like other reviews mentioned the arm rests jiggle a bit. As I'm typing while on the chair, this has not been much of an issue and it's just the right armrest on mine. I found it fairly easy to put together and all the parts were there.
