I bought these to hang out on our front porch post. I wanted something to replace the hanging baskets on the hooks when it got too cold outside for flowers (Midwest weather). These have worked great! I got them in October and they have lived outside ever since. They have continued to work through the rain, frost, heat (few warm days this fall), and recently a two day snowstorm. Only downside to there feature is the old fashioned flame is the default light. If I switch it to the white light feature it will come back on the next night as the flame 🔥 again. Not an issue for me, but might be for others.
