So, I start using it in December. Last month I saw it gets rusty, and more than that almost all the time is leaking some soap mixed with rust. Please check the photos. I got two other dispensers different design and keep dripping** A: No this one’s the real deal no leaks at all I had two different cheap ones before that were okay to start with but then started to drip after a couple of days go with this one **Q: Is this Lockable? It says it is but some of the pictures show that it isn't.** A: What do you mean by lockable The soap goes in the top and you push the plunger to get it out **Q: How much room/space (as a minimum) is required above the dispenser in order to allow the dispenser to slide off of the wall bracket?
