I have used it and have no issues with it thus far. I am real appreciative of this company.I loved this - it's very durable, aesthetically pleasing, and does its job wonderfully. I've steeped tea and drank fruit infused water out of it and it's great. I use it daily. However; I'm not sure what it is but it's developed a taste and smell that I can not get out. I've washed it multiple times, soaked it for hours and hours in water, soap, and even bleach but I can't get the taste/smell out. It wouldn't be the worst but it seeps in to whatever I'm drinking and ruins it. I'm not sure how to remedy it so I haven't been using it as much as I would like too. The 2nd one was handled VERY carefully but it still broke within 2 months. The top of the outer glass just cracked and fell off. I really liked the size, the amount of herbs I could put in it, and the chakra symbols but it is just not worth purchasing.
