I like the chipotle flavor, in general, and they nailed it. Not too hot, either. More of a savory taste. But you may not agree as I am used to very hot. {I eat ghost peppers}. I much prefer something that I can taste as opposed to going for scoville heat numbers. And this sauce has a nice taste and good follow-through. No bad after-taste either. Tried with country pork ribs cooked up plain {just garlic}. So I got a clean taste test. Probably have on eggs later on.... And will be sure to glaze some wings with it soon. Bottom line: I'll buy more.
