This was priced right and fit the bill perfectly. Since I needed it for post ACL reconstruction surgery recovery, I needed extra ice packs to use in rotation. In my search for a similar generously sized ice pack, I found these gel based Ice Pack Sheet (ASIN B075WN2G21). They have worked perfectly to keep my knee cool. The strap extensions worked great to attach the ice pack around the knee immobilizer. I have also found the neoprene cover to be excellent at insulating the packs from the room and thus they stay cold for a remarkably long time. The stretch fit of the neoprene allows me to move around without the ice pack slipping around. I saw the reviews for this and thought that I would give it a try since my normal ice packs were not big enough to cover the whole area and it was hard to hold them where I needed them.This thing is awesome!I love that the clay is moldable so I can actually shape it with my fingers to better fit the shape of my arm if I need to. This ice pack can be used on almost any part of the body! The straps are adjustable and hold it in place. It fits well on my shoulder and holds the cold long enough to readjust it and then use it on my elbow and forearm.Be aware- what makes this work so well is its size and adjustability.
