So when you say size 8, I'm guessing XXXL. This helmet has an adjustable strap on the inside that the top of your head sits in for stability. Maybe it might fit if you take out the strap. "I have spoken." **Q: Can you wear this with glasses on?** A: I have tried one on with glasses and didn't have a problem. It would depend on the size of your glasses. I have a pair that is smaller and those fit just fine. **Q: How to operate tactical light?** A: Helmet has to be on your head. Then you can push side button & it will turn on. I had to figure it out also.
