## Questions & Answers

**Q: can I make Horlicks or Ovaltine in it?**
A: I make Horlicks in it, no problem at all. I also use hot chocolate powder and it works well.

**Q: When you make hot chocolate with 240 ml of milk do you use the frothing ring or the heating ring? Surely the frothing ring will cause jug to overflow.**
A: Hi,
115ml and frothing disk with chocolate
250ml and heating disk with chocolate but wouldn’t be frothy
Kind Regards

**Q: Can I use dairy milk chocolate if I grate it?**
A: I don't see why not. I recently bought hot chocolate shavings and that was quite thick chocolate. I haven't tried your method yet, but wouldn't be afraid to. Go for it! 😊

**Q: What temperature does it heat to?**
A: It could be a bit hot
