This fits the bill perfectly. It seems durable, at least will last a few years. My one caveat is that it's big. I'm small 5'1" and I might be crediting myself to the taller side with that extra 1 inch. And 120 pounds. The skirt almost goes to the floor, which is fine, but the width around is big and I need to cinch it up with some twist ties so that the shoulder straps don't fall down like a bad bra. I also wrap the waist band around, but those are minor.
