**Q: how hard is it to clean?**
A: Very easy. We use ours regularly. I pull out the pan and wipe down and then just wipe down the glass with a little soap and water. My sister has the larger one and she says the same. It’s a great machine.

3rd times the charm. I ordered this for us to use at Christmastime. The first one I received, I opened it up thankfully, to look at it before Christmas. The plexiglass side was broken! So I sent it back and ordered another. 2nd time, another one was sent, broken plexiglass side!! No way! What the heck!? So I kept it until the next one arrived, and then sent the 2nd one back. (Just in case they try to send me the same one again, I don't know their process). The 3rd one works like a charm. Super easy to use (see photos and video -- the video is of the 3rd one that works perfectly! The other two photos are of the other two items, broken!)
