Let me be clear, this was my own mismeasurement and no way a reflection on the seller! I contacted PawPawify and they responded with the most professional response I have come across. They agreed to send out the larger size and I confirmed I would gladly return the first received. They so kindly messaged again informing I could donate to a local dog shelter. Understandably this won't be commercially feesable in every instance however this kind gesture won't go unnoticed. This seller has went above and beyond to make this a good experience for the buyer and in the process has shown admirable generosity in allowing us to donate the original order.Quality: This review is based on a direct comparison with the branded competitor of this product. (All dog lovers will know the brand). I can honestly this PawPawify harness is hands down superior. The padding inside makes the harness a much more comfortable fit without the fear of seams digging into your dogs skin. The PawPawify harness has an overlapping padded velcro strap that fits around your pooches lower neck/upper chest which is a more convenient and safe design than the branded alternative. The stitching is robust and the plastic/rubber material for the hold handle and clasps are excellent. The clasps also have built in safety slips to avoid any unintentional escape from the harness (very clever design addition).Delivery: Delivery was several days earlier than anticipated.Overall: Great seller and great product. Our young GSD had a Vivaglory harness with "Free Hugs" velcro patch but after a year of everyday use its looking a bit tired & no longer available on Amazon. After much debate I decided to try this new type. I couldn't be more impressed. It's heavy duty & very chunky. She is super friendly & everybody loves the "Free Hugs" & ask for a cuddle which she loves & was perfect as I was teaching her to be a Therapy dog.UPDATE; She wears it everyday on the beach, it's absolutely brilliant. Everybody recognises her & knows her name & knows she is super friendly. The belly strap does losen after a while but I will just put a stitch in it & that will fix it. She runs & plays with all the dogs & it doesn't rub or make her sore. It fits her perfectly. It's super strong & the ring for the lead is big, strong & easy to clip the lead on.2nd Update. She has passed her assessment as a Therapy Dog & I have ordered another harness with different wording for when I want her to go into places & look posh "My name is Primrose. Therapy Dog. I give free hugs".
