Ideal for eliminating static and preventing tribogeneration on carpets, upholstery and fabrics. It is also appropriate to use in avoiding jamming or material slippage during printing, packaging and converting. This solution can even be used as an aid to avert dangerous static-triggering situations such as the ignition of combustible vapors, dust or solvents. Staticide topicals can be applied by spraying, wiping, dipping, transfer roller coating, gravure coating or flexographic printing. Every Staticide topical dilution is proven to be effective in relative humidity below 15 percent. If using Heavy Duty Staticide on plastic, try diluting it with water and isopropyl alcohol. 1 part Heavy Duty Staticide, 1 part water, a half part isopropyl alcohol. You can use more isopropyl alcohol (replacement for water), but alcohol will make a flammable solution, so store accordingly. The alcohol improves wetting on plastic, so you end up with better coverage with less solution. It will also improve the dry time since alcohol evaporates quicker than water. **Q: does this work on vinyl floors** A: Yes, but it might be sticky on vinyl. For a "Ready to Use" product on vinyl floors, use the General Purpose Staticide.
