Adjusted the length of the sliding rack ear extension fixture to perfectly fit the selected rack. In this case a rack-able depth of 17.6". Didn't bother trying to mount with only the front screws. So I can't say how well it works that way. If you have rear rails to mount to, do it. It's worth the small effort required to do the adjustment and ensure that there is full support. Tested by adding weight. Used more than what is required for my intended purpose. Sorry, didn't weigh the items. No sag, and the operation is still smooth. The latches work great too. Solid lockup, "clicky" action. Secure. Extended fully, there is access to 12.75" of the 14.2" of interior space. So from the front of drawer, to the front of the rack rails. That small amount of obstruction only occurs if there something installed in the space directly above the drawer, and still easily accessible and usable . I will probably be buying more of these, and a larger size as well if available. Looking forward to receiving another product from them that is on its way.
