So far, so good with these. I will order again when she breaks.Updating to add- these have actually lasted longer than any other earbuds I have ever bought her, for real. Still working.Updating again- I have now purchased 3 sets of these, one for each of my kids and one for myself. And now today a re-order because no matter how good earbuds are, they cannot withstand being stepped on. The first thing I did after unwrapping them was to try them out on my current favorite test song, Laura Branigan's "Self Control". They did not disappoint. The bass did that thing where it causes the lower part of your ear canal to vibrate. All the higher tones were crisp, distinct and effortlessly discernible.I tried out the button on the microphone thingy. One press pauses, two skips to the next song and three goes back to the beginning of the song or to the previous one. I pressed and held it, thinking maybe it would lower it raise the volume. Siri woke up. The same Siri who barely recognizes my commands through my ancient iPhone 5 microphone. I tried out a voice command to see how well she picked up the earphones' mic...and for the first time in months Siri started to give me some respect. She instantly and correctly interpreted my instructions and acted accordingly.Let me add that they are very secure in my ears, even when I shake my head lightly. I say this with some authority because my old pair were constantly slipping and, to my endless frustration, needed constant adjustment to restore the acoustic seal.I am very happy with this purchase. In a world of retail duds and disappointments, this is a definite win. It's more than that: it's a revelation.
