I had guests around and commented that you could tell it was Cornish. I bought three as its long life. It was in three glass bottles instead of plastic packaging so that was great. Delighted.

A: About 1 set of scones depends how much cream you like on the scones. I like a lot. Approx 4-8 scones depending on the size of them and the amount you use

**Q: once opened, what if the useby date/time?**
A: Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.

**Q: Can this be frozen?**
A: It can be, but it changes consistency. Gets a bit dry when defrosted I find. However, they usually have a good shelf life when unopened. Hope this helps.

**Q: Is it possible to store it out of the fridge and only put in fridge once open?**
A: Yes, this is exactly how it should be used. Once opened, use within 5 days.

It's not bad but it's not what I call Clotted Cream. I have since purchased another brand. It is like a double cream with a hint of Clotted Cream flavour. You may prefer to rub it into your skin...
