I think I’m over watering** A: St. Augustine grass is a coarse grass native to the tropics and will therefore be relatively drought tolerant. You can wait until the pointer reaches the range of 3-4 before watering. Try not to water during the high temperature at noon, but choose to water in the evening, so that the roots will not die easily. Watering should penetrate below the root system, do not have standing water on the lawn surface and pay attention to ventilation.
