A: Don't use these with subs, these are oem replacements. You're going to want much higher wattage/price. 30 years audio experiance

A: no stand alone amps for these thy are low power only stock type radios or streaming bluetooth type head units, or older folks not needing anything over 30w system @ 4ohms

A: just like in the photos, but mine are non covered behind door panels with backing cups
