Great for cornmeal pancakes!
Nutty, savory and a lovely color. I love the texture, and like the title says, it makes great cornmeal pancakes.

Tastes Great, Works Well for Breading
I got this to make fried green tomatoes and it works and tastes great for that. I almost never eat corn since it is almost all GMO now, so I am most pleased that this heirloom organic blue corn comes from a small grower in South Carolina. The flour is a bit finer than typical corn meal, but it still works fine for breading

Excellent
This cornmeal is very good. I’ve ordered a second bag! I sent a bag to my sister-in-law and she started buying it.

Just mush!
We did not like this at all! I was trying to mimic this great blue corn meal dinner from Omni Homestead that was over the top wonderful. It was a nutty, coarser meal and this was truly mush. We did not eat it and threw the rest out. Sorry!

Beautiful and Yummy!
This stuff makes the tastiest, fluffiest corn muffins ever. I also appreciate the fact that it's grown, processed, packaged, etc., right here in South Carolina. Next time we go up that way, I plan to visit the store. Great product, guys!

Blue
Not necessarily impressed, but must admit Corn Bread is an elusive option since besides pre made I have no background making a good decent one. I suppose those who do know the ins and outs are most like likely to produce a superior corn bread. Read Blue was more nutritious and possibly very good once made. This brand was in Amazon, and took a chance for a nice amount of money. My efforts were lukewarm, not great and not too bad. 3.5 Stars.
