**Q: When putting the filter in the fountain, should the flat part be facing downward or facing up to the ceiling?**
A: So what is the correct way?  The seller says flat side facing the ceiling, but the picture in their own listing clearly shows the flat side facing down with a check mark as if this is the correct way.  I’m confused. 

On a side note, with the flat side up and the grooved side down, the grooved side nicely locks into the base grid of the fountain.  This seems like it should be correct. 

Manufacturer please clearly confirm and correct your product image if necessary.
