A little background: I'm a pescetarian (although more on the vegetarian side) and I'm aware I don't always get enough protein (although I try) especially on days that I do my long workouts. By long workouts, I mean about 40-45min of cardio and about an hour of weightlifting in one sesh. THAT does take a toll on my protein and nutrition, and even more so on my hunger levels. I try to eat sufficiently before a big workout, but still find myself exhausted and hungry right after.So I purchased Forzagen in the hopes that the product would help keep me energized during workouts and help prevent the soreness after. And lemme tell ya, FORZAGEN REALLY HELPS. I've noticed a big reduction in the soreness and a big reduction in the post workout hunger. I don't always work out for that long, but it helps even during in the slower days.I divide this drink at 2/3 scoop for during workouts and the remaining 1/3 for after workout. Like other reviews, you really should water this powder down. It's extremely sweet if you're diluting it in the recommended water amount they label it with. I think I mix it at close to a liter for the intra-workouts. If you're the kinda person that likes sweet drinks anyway then I think you'd have no problem but for those that don't, it'll take some getting used to. I was very very wrong.This won't have you doing things you couldn't before but it definitely helps you push a little harder during a rough workout and I have noticed my recovery improving a decent bit since I added these to the mix.
