Total carbs =23. Subtract fiber (3) and sugar alcohol (5) - net carbs = 15. **Q: How is the pumpkin pie? That's the only flavor I can't find anywhere and I'm nervous to order online without trying it!** A: Some may like it, but I found the pumpkin pie to have an odd aftertaste and way more cinnamon/nutmeg than pumpkin. **Q: How is this product delivered in hot weather?** A: Actually when I get them in the summer, they arrive well-packed in insulation and in a plastic bag with one or more disposable ice packs to keep them cool.
