Provides great privacy and warmth from draft. DESCRIPTIVES: This curtain has a tightly woven thread count and thickness. It is soft, great color and offers a richness and luxury feel to the fabric. The grommets are large, high polished silver, adding a touch of luxury. This isnt your everyday big box store curtain! Should you use on your windows, you will be pleased with the drape and hang factor in this! Out of the package I hung the curtain on a ceiling mount rod I also purchased on Amazon.Even being folded in the packaging there was not a single wrinkle, a mark of high quality fabric. It is plentiful in length and drapes beautifully on the floor if you want that look. I bought mine as a privacy curtain, measured so it was wide enough to shield the entire length of the twin XL bed. MULTI-PURPISE: This curtain with its quality, thickness and appearance would easily provide solutions for a wide variety of situations.
