Durable and powerful UV lights, minimal heat radiating, plants vegetative growth responds immediately to the white and red UV pattern. For the affordable price, these lights jump started my plants vegetative growth in a matter of 2 days and still going strong. **Important to know to set these on a timer!** plants still need a dark period for growth. Recommended light time should be about 16 hours the lights are on : 8 hours lights are turned off. Varies on what you’re growing but would recommend having a timer so lights can turn on/off as scheduled required.
