Review: Disappointed and frustrated - Bought this a few months ago, used it 3 times, and have to fix the rollers so that it feeds the paper properly when trying to make a physical copy of something placed on the glass! For some reason, when printing from the same exact tray though, it will feed properly if you scan first, and print from the app? Doesn't make sense. Also, last time I tried to print a pic, ink was smeared all over the photo paper and running! For some reason, both instances, the machine has a mind of it's own, because it was working just fine, but then all of a sudden, without changing any of the settings, or doing anything different, BLAH! This was very expensive to have this happen brand new with only doing 3 tasks on it out of the box. Not happy, and very frustrating to have to "repair" already.

Bought this a few months ago, used it 3 times, and have to fix the rollers so that it feeds the paper properly when trying to make a physical copy of something placed on the glass! For some reason, when printing from the same exact tray though, it will feed properly if you scan first, and print from the app? Doesn't make sense. Also, last time I tried to print a pic, ink was smeared all over the photo paper and running! For some reason, both instances, the machine has a mind of it's own, because it was working just fine, but then all of a sudden, without changing any of the settings, or doing anything different, BLAH! This was very expensive to have this happen brand new with only doing 3 tasks on it out of the box. Not happy, and very frustrating to have to "repair" already.

It works very well on regular 8 1/2 x 11 and copying. Do not recommend for pics 4x6. It jams frequently and have a friend with the same model and have the same problem with 4x6 picture prints.
