I was disappointed to find out that the entire book is COMPLETELY black and white on regular, non-glossy paper. I am visually impaired, and this format with lack of color contrast is particularly difficult for me in terms of distinguishing images. While this is certainly not the case for everyone, I just thought it would be helpful to write up this review to assist others who may be looking for a traditional full-color, glossy art book. There IS an Emily art book that meets that criteria; it’s a hardcover book just called The Art of Emily The Strange from 2009.
