**Q: I have my switch connected with the hdmi using my laptop as the screen to play it from. Is there a way to make the audio not lag?**
A: well I do not own a switch, so I'm not 100% sure in your case, I did experience some lag when I am using the capture card to play retropie on RPi4 through my PC. I am using VLC to open the capture device and display it. I had to set it to not cash 300 milliseconds of gameplay in order to prevent it from lagging. When I set it to 0 milliseconds of cash, the display feels pretty instantaneous with no perceivable lag when playing super Nintendo games such as Tetris, Dr Mario, etc.

**Q: how do I access it on Mac when every thing is set up**
A: same as windows. obs or whatever streaming service you use

**Q: Can’t get sound to work? Tried everything I’m so over this  any help ?**
A: Dear friends
You can use the Capture Card to capture video, set the "Audio Output Mode" on the capture software to "Output Desktop Audio"

**Q: Can i connect a usb thumbdrive or usb external hard drive to this capture card's usb output to record video directly onto the usb thumb or hardrive?**
A: It is not possible to connect the hard drive directly to the USB port of the MOYOON 4K HDMI Game Capture Card for direct recording.The only USB port on the 1080P 60FPS capture card is used to record video through the obs software on the computer after it has been connected.
