If your concrete is not very smooth, and has nicks here and there or is rough surface,; you will have to use 2 to 4 times more the amount depending on the condition. I had to use 4 bags for one side and 4 bags for the other side total of 8 bags in 18 x 18 sq foot garage. It could use 2 more to have a much nicer surface but I am happy with it..
