Review: Gas for me and baby and vomiting for baby - I gave it two stars bec it does work with giving energy to me. I am ok with the taste and the size of the pills. But it caused me to have so much gas and to my baby too. Also caused strong vomiting for my baby. Im so upset bec it was big blows of vomiting. Also I feel my milk supply lessened. I immediately stopped taking it just after a few days. May have worked for others but it was more cons for me than pros. Now I have to look for another postnatal supplement to replace it.

A: No, because this is for after the baby is born. This will help with lactation a well. If anything it’s more like a multivitamin. It does help a little with regulation, probably cause it doesn’t have as much iron as a prenatal
