A: About 2 stops. Can also be used to bounce light.

**Q: Does this come with any type of travel/storage bag?? If not, do they sell one?**
A: Comes with a storage/travel bag. All the gear (all three diffusers, cords and frame pieces fit into the bag).

**Q: Is there a negative fill that fits this?**
A: I don’t think they sell it, it’d be pretty easy to make one for it though.

I've been using this for a couple of months and although I'm yet to test it outside in a breeze, it has been fantastic on indoor shoots.Does exactly what you need it to and the different sizes come in really handy.Only complaint would be the frame isn't very heavy duty and tends to twist/ warp easily, but this hasn't affected it's use at all and I've kept the rating at 5 stars due to the fantastic price point.The fact that it also folds down into a little case is super useful, making it easy to store.This seems to be the best value for money diff frame option around and I will be buying more!
