Google nytimes truffle aroma, it's an interesting article. Not OK that the seller is saying the opposite. **Q: what is the artificial flavor. aroma mad of?** A: There is no artificial flavor. It's very strong and earthy as is all truffle oil. My husband is a chef and we always use this brand. **Q: Does this oil have 2,4-dithiapentane in it? Or is it real truffle?** A: It's olive oil with black truffle (a small piece is in the bottom) and black truffle aroma. That's all it says in the ingredients.
