With the exception of the smoke from 'lighting up'...this baby works wonders! I've bought several as gifts, also. **Q: Is black stuff supposed to fall out when you open it?** A: this is the charcoal. contact them and they’ll probably replace it as that is a manufacturing error **Q: How do you use the keychain?
