The only downside to this is that the bag the HydroMax comes in is not resealable so I had to put the the remaining product in a food storage container. Other than that I will continue to purchase. HBCD would be a quick-acting carbohydrate. **Q: Is there a scoop in the bag?** A: No, I found a scoop from an other product I used and checked the weight with the amount I wanted to take. About 3 grams a scoop is what I would do. so 3-6grams **Q: What is the volume to weight translation? 3.3g = 1 tablespoon? 1 teaspoon? We need a serving size using standard measurement tools!** A: We recommend using a scale for the most accurate measurement as the densities of powders vary quite a bit. 3.3g would be closest to one teaspoon.
