These are the only ones that actually work and the only ones you should take. All capsules with powder in them are absolutely useless. You absolutely have to make sure that they say NSK-SD which is a Trademark of (Japan BioScience Laboratory). These are the ones that have been studied and people have used with great success. I can just refer you to the fact that Nutricology contains (as described on their label) Nattokinase NSK-SD which, has many articles and medical reports written about that form and "MY" standard for purchasing Nattokinase.
