Fo-ti (or He Shou Wu) and Rehmannia are my two favorite tasting herbs and they both have similar functions, but this review will be about Fo-Ti. The taste is because the raw root is processed by cooking it in a broth of black soybeans. Someone discovered that this activates some of the beneficial qualities of the plant. This herb is essentially an adrenal tonic. It will support the kidneys, adrenal glands and libido. It is used by martial artists to help strengthen joints and build the bones. It is said to prevent or reverse hair greying and hair fall in men, but to notice any affect you would probably have to make serious dietary changes like cutting out alcohol, caffeine and high Omega-6 fat foods among other things. He shou wu has a cooling energy and is a good general rejuvenative herb for pitta or fire type constitutions. Find out your Ayurvedic constitution, it can be helpful! It is very unctious, thick and heavy, so if you have sluggish digestion or experience extra mucous when using this, you might have to use it only short term OR address some of the other things in you life that cause you mucus such as dairy, excessive wheat comsumption, meat, sugar, etc. I experienced the quality of this particular brand to be excellent.

**Q: Has the herb been properly Prepared**
A: The prepared Fo-ti is called He Shou Wu.  The seller claims it to be He Shou Wu in the title of the listing.  We should hope they are being honest about this..  From what I've research, if it causes diarrhea it's not been prepared properly and it's not He Shou Wu, although I read two of the critical reviews stating it caused diarrhea or stomach upset.  I've ordered but I haven't taken it myself yet

**Q: Will it help with gray hair?**
A: I have been taking this daily since 2016.  It does NOT help with gray hair., unfortunately.

**Q: Where are the recent reviews?  From 2021?**
A: I bought this product for a friend mother he believes it keeps her youthful and energized and swear by it I usually give reviews on products I use myself but since you asked the benefits is rejuvenate and support body health to stay younger I hope this review help.

**Q: Whats the difference between concentration? 50:1,30:1,10:1..... which is better?**
A: What these numbers mean are let's take the 50 to 1- that means for every gram of product that you have it represents the medicinal power and concentration of 50g of raw material. So one gram of 50:1 one is worth nearly an ounce and a half of raw herb medicinally. And so on with the other numbers whether it's 20 or 30 or so on. So this project represents a very substantial amount of medicine in a small packet. I've used this plant for well over 30 years so whether the package says it or not I can assure you that it has been prepared correctly by The taste alone.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accelerates healing...

A friend recommended this product to me because she felt it was amazing in terms of increasing energy and overall well-being; she even claims it stopped her hair from graying. My husband and I have been using it approximately one month now, twice a day. The taste is NOT good- you just have to shake it into some water and drink it fast, like a shot- but I swear that it has REALLY helped a shoulder tendonitis injury heal much faster. I injured it last May doing water sports and had been treating it since with manual manipulation, rest, and some PT exercises. It seemed like it had reached a plateau, still painful at times. Since taking this product, it is much, much better - I would say 90% healed. When you first take it, you may notice some "cleansing" for the first few days...it does detoxify, but this levels off. I look forward to seeing what else it can do over more time.
