Yes. Pigmented? At least for a darker skin tone? Not so much. The packaging is beautiful and it made me buy two in this collection and two in the Alice in Wonderland collection. I wasn't too disappointed, only because they are some beautiful pallettes, from the outside at least, the color selection, in this one especially, can be a bit hit or miss for me, but if you're buying these thinking you're about to get some real presence on your face from this pallette, I'm sorry to tell you, you may want to keep looking.
