One is enough to fill a cup or half of a regular sized glass. And they really do look just like a grenade made of ice.These things work exactly like they're suppose to. You put the two sides together, fill with water through the hole in the top and freeze. It's really that simple. Just make sure that when you put them in the freeze that they are on a flat leavel surface.
