Amazon doesn't do COD in the US but they do in others. **Q: Do these run narrow?** A: My old guy wears size 13EEE. He is 6´2¨ about 275. Sent him these, and he loved the fit right away. They do have some leeway with velcro strap, but basically normal to wide, not narrow.
