I ordered the shutters. Initially, I was apprehensive about the shutters because they are plastic. Then I realized there are no working parts to the shutters. Plastic will be just fine. I read the installation directions and installed the new shutters without any problem. I am happy with the way they look and at how little work I had to do to install them. In a word to the manufacturer - job well done. Review: One shutter came off after high winds. The others were warped and coming loose. Decided to get new ones for all 4 windows. New ones at Home Depot were pricey.
