The high-quality Velcro sticks well, but the hand pockets need to be turned out when using and back in when not. This extends the usage. **Q: The Belt rolls down, why is that?** A: It should not if the Belt is correctly worn. The best way to avoid it is to scoop and lift from the bottom, not just around the waist. While, in the early stages of pregnancy, it might roll a little bit to moms with very small bellies. **Q: I'm not feeling much support from the belt. What should I do for the best support?** A: Follow the user guide, scoop the belly from the bottom up, stretch the belts as far as you can to wear tightly, then spread the fabric at your lower back.
