Next test is broche bread rolls! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Try it! *by M***E on April 15, 2026* Best GF bread I’ve found! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good GF/Dairy free bread *by J***B on March 13, 2024* I was reluctant to try this mix just based on price but I LOVE GF Jules all purpose flour so I decided to try it. It comes with the yeast packet which is great. It requires very few additional ingredients and because it's GF, you don't have to worry about kneading the dough like traditional flour. I baked the bread for 38ish minutes before removing it as it had reached the proper temperature and a toothpick wasn't coming out with dough on it. The package says 50-55 minutes so maybe my oven was hotter than it said but I recommend checking it (and all baked goods) BEFORE the lowest time recommended. Because I didn't bake the bread for 50 minutes before checking it, I was left with a loaf that wasn't too dry. We made sandwiches with it and it held up well. The following morning we used it for toast, it held up well in the toaster and still tasted good.
