I needed a 6v class 2 charger with a 2.5mm x 5.5mm +center plug.  This unit did not state the outer plug diameter, but everything else was correct, so I ordered it.The delivered unit had a 5.45mm OD plug, which worked OK.  However, its output was 10v, not 6 volt.  It worked for my charging application, but you may want to consider it's quality for yours.The seller should state this additional information in the specs.

Perfect for the unit I needed it for. I had a small sewinging machine I got at a trade day event and it did not have the power adapter. This was easy to find on Amazon and the order went simple and was shipped quickly. As a residential buyer, I highly recommend that everyone request a shipper NOT to use FedEx. They do not attempt very hard to deliver an item. Here, they take it straight to my USPS and leave it there. So why use FedEx if my USPS has to do their work.

THIS COMMENT IS SPECIFIC TO THE "UNCLE MILTON, RAINBOW IN MY ROOM" TOY.  THE TRANSFORMER IS JUST FINE.  I PURCHASED IT TO SUPPLY POWER TO THE BATTERY OPERATED TOY LISTED ABOVE.  IT IS CORRECT ELECTRICALLY, (VOLTS, AMPS, ETC). FOR THE TOY, BUT THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT THE TOY.  I AM NOW LOOKING FOR AN ADAPTER.  "UNCLE MILTON" WEBSITE DOES NOT SELL AN ADAPTER FOR THE TOY.
