A: approximately 10 came in this pack. most were small and some were more like wire nuts than regular posi connectors. other vendors offer different sizes and types in assortment packs. if you're looking for a specific size it's probably available in a variety pack also. been using them on cars and bikes i build for years. foolproof and simple.

**Q: could these be used to connect wires in a head unit together for a subwoofer installation?**
A: Yes they can. You might also need the Posi-Tap connectors if you will need to tap into a wire.

**Q: If I'm dealing with say, 18 gage wire and want to splice 3 or 4 wires together, do I just use the largest one? Or do I have to use the 18 gage type?**
A: Definitely don't need the largest for 3-4 18 gage wires. I'm not sure exactly what size you would need but these things are pretty flexible in how large a bundle of wires that it will accommodate.
