**Q: What are the dimensions of the screen? (Height and Width)**
A: It 10” wide x 6.5” height. Diagonally across it is 11.5”

**Q: Is the display height adjustable? I have a panel not far below my radio slot din that will block some low hanging displays.**
A: Yes. It moves up and down approximately 4".

**Q: Can I connect the factory rear camera? Tacoma 2019**
A: The head unit uses an RCA feed and an auxiliary wire to initiate the back up camera (powered through the reverse light usually) - you may need an interface adapter from your Tacoma to the head unit.

**Q: Where is the USB ports**
A: There are two short USB cables on the back of the radio, one for Apple Car Play/Android Auto and one for USB charging/Media input. You will have to extend those to reach the driver/passenger compartment. Where and how you route those is dependent upon the vehicle. I used an extra charging cable for my phone for the Apple Car Play/Android Auto but you will have to buy an extender cable for the USB charging/Media input. Bad design for an otherwise great radio. I love the large screen which makes the menu and icons easy to see and touch while driving.

This is my second purchase of one of these. Great replacement to update an old car. My 2004 Crown Vic Sport found a new life and a trip to Hot Rod Power Tour in 2023, now my 2012 Ford Focus has Apple / Android connectivity and a badly needed backup camera.

### ⭐ Customer service at Boss is as worse as the radio

I purchased this Boss radio to replace a radio in our motorhome. The sound of the radio is good however the Carplay has problems connecting. It is very glitchy connecting to IOS and streaming music and GPS. Once in a while it automatically starts working on it's own if I leave it connecting while driving all of a sudden the music and maps show up. We had a professional audio stereo business install it. We have tried connecting with 3 different iPhones to make sure it is not the phones, and the issue happens with the all the iPhone. This unit is faulty and may need to be returned to the manufacture or the seller. We will investigate our options.Update: called the warranty Company in Oxnard, CA and communicated with Chris and Frank who calls himself the manager. They want $299 to return the defective radio or want me to destroy it and send the pics and serial however refuse to ship a replacement until the radio is removed. Bad business practices if a company asked you to pay again for a defective radio. This is my experience so we have ended our retail relationship with this shady company. The radio is as bad as the customer service.UPDATE: This wired Boss radio USB does not support the latest Apple USB C. Won’t work with any adapter therefore the wired CarPlay does function at all.
