I mix this with Gatorade and carry it on my daily morning hike. I'm out for 3 hours in the hot Florida sun and sweat a ton. The Gatorade helps replenish electrolytes and this stuff gets me through the walk. Plus, it tastes so good that it even makes Gatorade taste good.
