My Amazon account told me that this item had been delivered on a Friday but I had not received it in my mailbox or at the door. When I checked the tracking, it said that it was sent to an entirely different city/state. I emailed the seller and seriously, 30 minutes later, I received a call. On the 4th of July. He told me that the tracking number attached to my order was incorrect and that my item's tracking number showed it would be delivered the next day. I've never received a personal call from a company so quickly, and had my issue resolved right away. Amazing!Now for the product. I absolutely love face serums. They are my new obsession, so I knew I had to try this one. My face feels so bright and my pores are minimized, as well as (I think) some of my fine lines around the eyes. A little goes a long way, and it spreads across my face/neck very easily. It doesn't dry my skin, and I don't feel like it cakes in place or causes any stiffness as it dries. Once it's dried, I top it with my normal face moisturizer. My skin feels supple and I can't get enough of this product.
